We also understand that during installation mistakes can be made; that’s why we provide our renowned SafetyNet Installation Guarantee. This offers protection in case of accidental damage of the floor heating system while installing the system. If damage does occur we will replace it, free of charge.
Warmup Warranties
The great warranties on our products are possible thanks to our commitment to Research and Development, on-going quality assurance from the ISO 9001 process and the testing requirements of the BEAB and other regulatory institutions. Hence, we do not believe that all Warranties are the same. We advise checking the real substance other companies guarantee’s before making a purchase. Warmup Warranties come with assured levels of accreditation, strong financial backing and over 20 years of trading.
Warranty Duration
All Warmup thermostats, controllers and wiring centres are warrantied for a period of 3 years.

All Warmup insulation panels are warrantied for a period of 5 years.
SafetyNet™ Installation Guarantee
We were the first brand on the market to offer a SafetyNet™ Installation Guarantee on our heating wires and pipes.
If the system is accidentally damaged while installing and before covering with screed or flooring, we will replace it free of charge. The SafetyNet™ Installation Guarantee does not cover any other type of damage, misuse, or improper installation due to improper adhesive or subfloor conditions and there is a limit of one free replacement system per customer or installer. Contact our support line within 30 days of purchase of the item, to organise a replacement to be sent.
